You may update Your Personal Information independently by e-mailing Our customer service if You: (i) want to confirm the accuracy of the Personal Information We have collected about You; (ii) would like to update Your Personal Information; and/or (iii) have any complaint regarding Our use of Your Personal Information. If You choose to close Your Zotapay account, We will mark Your account in Our database as “Closed,” but will keep Your account information in Our database. This is necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing their account and opening a new account. However, if You close Your account, Your personally identifiable information will not be used by Us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, or as required by law.

Use and Transfer of Information
We may transfer any information which may be stored, collected, processed, accessed by Us or third parties on Our behalf (including Personal Information) outside Your country of residence and outside of Belize and store it in other countries; the data protection and other laws of these countries may not be as comprehensive as those in Belize – in these instances We will take steps to ensure that a similar level of protection is given to Your Personal Information.
